Accommodation

Produce
Derryherbert Farm specialises in organic Latvian garlic, honey from Irish black honey bees, and free-range eggs. Guests can purchase our fresh produce on-site, including handmade relishes and chutneys, or from our honesty box at the farm entrance.
Fishing
At the base of Derryherbert Farm lies the renowned River Erriff, one of Ireland's premier salmon and trout fishing destinations. With 8 miles of prime angling waters divided into nine uncrowded beats, the river offers lively streams and deep fish-holding pools.
Our Story
Derryherbert Farm began as an unexpected adventure. After moving from London to this picturesque property near the Atlantic Ocean. Charlie and Patrick embraced the land’s potential, cultivating a smallholding inspired by Charlie’s Latvian roots. With a deep appreciation for nature, the farm has flourished, producing everything from thriving honeybees to 5,000 bulbs of high-quality Latvian garlic in its first harvest.
“We never planned to farm, but seeing the land and life thrive has been the most rewarding journey,” says Charlie.
Our farm is also home to resident donkeys, 3 dogs, cats, sheep and chickens to name a few adding a touch of charm to your visit.
